£13.00 per hour (currently £12.75, increasing to £13.00 on 26th October)
Hours & Contract
Full-time (37.5 hrs per week)
Contract: Permanent
Training
Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
About the role
You’ll be supporting ladies and gentlemen across our locations in Blean, Whitstable, and Herne Bay. The people we support enjoy going for long walks, swimming, cinema trips, relaxing in the back garden, shopping, music, going for drives, golf, and theme parks. Your role will be to support them in doing the things that bring them joy, connection, and a sense of routine.
This role involves a mix of day shifts and waking nights (maximum of 3 waking nights per week). During waking nights, you’ll remain awake to provide support and reassurance, helping people feel safe and settled. Day shifts will focus on supporting people with their daily routines and community activities.
About you
