Location: Bristol (BS7 & BS10)

Hourly rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours: Bank

Required: Experience supporting people with Autism (personally or professionally) and Full UK driving licence (automatic) is preferred but not essential.

As a Bank Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you’ll support individuals across our locations in BS7 and BS10 to live independently, build confidence, and enjoy the things they love. One day you might be supporting a trip out and helping with daily routines the next. You’ll be supporting a lady who enjoys baking, visiting the trampoline park, and trips to the farm. You’ll encourage independence, support her choices, and help her stay active in the community. You’ll also work at our location in BS10 as needed, providing consistent, high-quality support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting people with autism (personal or professional)
  • A full UK driving licence (automatic) would be preferred
  • Confidence, resilience, and a caring approach
  • Flexibility to work across both locations
