About the Role
This role focuses on specific products within their portfolio, such as Test Instrumentation. Detailed knowledge of these products is not required, as training will be provided. However, you must have knowledge/experience in Power Electronics/Electronics manufacturing and testing. You will work within a well-established UK sales team, collaborating with Senior Account Managers and Business Development Managers to promote and increase product awareness, drive sales within key accounts, and develop new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well renowned global leader and a very experienced sales team with a well-developed client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager: Identify and develop potential customers who would benefit from the unique selling points (USPs) of our oscilloscopes.
- Collaboration: Work with Senior Account Managers and Business Development Managers to maximize product awareness and increase revenue within key accounts.
- Business Development: Develop strategies to increase product awareness and sales.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with internal marketing and product development teams.
- Territory: Your area of responsibility will be the UK & Ireland, with a primary focus on achieving the region's agreed growth targets.
- Travel: This is a customer-facing position, so travel will be required, including occasional visits to our HQ in mainland Europe for training events and product launches.
Your Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Digital Design, Power Electronics, or applications requiring real-time capture and analysis of electrical signals.
- Sales: B2B sales experience or other field-based roles in a sales environment.
- Competence: Technically and commercially competent.
- Communication: Articulate, credible, reliable, and comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels, from end users to senior management.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Educated to at least HND level in a relevant discipline.
