Role Overview
Join a dynamic, forward-thinking company at the forefront of modern defence and communications systems. You will:
- Engage with diverse stakeholders—from engineers and technical managers to executive leadership—consulting on optimal RF and electronic system test solutions and diagnostics.
- Lead requirements capture for projects involving RF/ microwave systems, embedded electronics, or test and diagnostic platforms.
- Develop strong, collaborative client relationships focused on delivering bespoke electronic and RF technology test solutions for high-profile programmes.
- Support bids and proposals for major defence and aerospace initiatives, leveraging technical expertise to influence engineering decisions and outcomes.
- Work in an environment that values autonomy, innovation, and deep technical acumen, with significant opportunity for progression and international collaboration.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will have:
- Technical background in RF/microwave engineering, electronics, or system test platforms (e.g., radar, communications, EW systems).
- Track record supporting development, integration, or delivery of technical defence projects, either as an engineer, technical consultant, or technical sales specialist.
- Strong communication skills and consultative approach to technical problem-solving.
- UK residency (minimum five years) and eligibility for Security Check clearance.
