The Role
We’re looking for dedicated and resilient Support Workers to join a residential childcare team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in supporting vulnerable children and young people in their day-to-day lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards and individual care plans
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
- Support daily routines including education, activities, health, and home life
- Encourage independence, resilience, and personal development
- Manage challenging behaviour using a calm, therapeutic approach
