Our work includes a variety of cases from more straightforward matters through to complex, high-value litigation. We are now looking for the right person to help us take the department to its next stage. Delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis claims Some Dental negligence Complex and high-value claims You will manage cases from initial assessment through investigation, expert evidence, Letter of Claim, negotiations, litigation and settlement or trial. We want a driven lawyer who can help us take the department to the next stage.
