Are you a high-performing sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building strong relationships? We are working with one of the UK’s largest and most respected merchant services providers to recruit ambitious Field-Based Card Payment Specialists. This is a high-reward, high-autonomy role with a strong flow of pre-qualified appointments provided, alongside the opportunity to generate additional business through self-sourcing. You will take ownership of your territory, focus on face-to-face selling, and be rewarded with uncapped earnings based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attend pre-booked, qualified appointments with small and medium-sized businesses
- Supplement your diary through self-generated leads, including in-field prospecting and cold calling where required
- Qualify, pitch, and close new merchant accounts independently
- Sell modern, broadband-enabled, contactless card payment solutions with competitive, capped terminal rental pricing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-potential merchants within your territory
- Deliver professional, consultative sales presentations tailored to each business
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, typically 5+ terminals per week
