Role Overview:

As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for contract positions. This includes sourcing new clients, screening, and placing top-tier candidates while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs. Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored recruitment solutions for contract positions. Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and explore new opportunities.
  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates for contract roles using a variety of tools and platforms. Build a pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet client demands. Manage the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience from application to placement.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job advertisements, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiations. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment cycle. Manage contract renewals and extensions for existing contractors.
  • Administration and Reporting: Maintain accurate records on the CRM system, including candidate and client interactions. Provide regular reports on KPIs, targets, and revenue generation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years of proven experience in contract recruitment within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and contract recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
