You should be comfortable looking at analytics and asking: What's driving our traffic?

Which articles are performing?

What are people searching for?

Where are we gaining visibility?

What's not working?

What should we be publishing more of?

How can we turn first-time visitors into regular readers?

That means increasing organic search traffic, growing overall readership, attracting returning visitors, building the newsletter audience, increasing social reach and continually improving the performance of the content.

You'll have access to the data and the freedom to use it.

They're looking for someone who will bring ideas, identify opportunities and make recommendations - not someone waiting to be told what article to write next.

The Opportunity Talking.

Business is still at an early stage, which means you'll have the opportunity to play a major role in shaping what it becomes.

There isn't a rigid editorial machine for you to step into.

You'll be helping to build it.

If you're excited by the idea of taking a publication from a small starting point and growing it into a recognised destination for global business news and content, we'd like to hear from you.
