About the Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Youth Mentors to support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN) across Weston-super-Mare. Working within schools and alternative provision settings, you will help students build confidence, develop positive relationships, and re-engage with their education. This role is about more than supporting learning. It is about becoming a trusted mentor, offering stability, guidance, and encouragement to young people who need someone in their corner.
