Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional with a passion for education and business growth? Here at The Protocol Group (part of the Affinity Workforce Solutions Group), we're looking for a Business Development Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team, specialising in Further Education recruitment. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our client base within the Further Education sector, combining your recruitment expertise with a strategic mindset to identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow the Further Education client portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers across colleges and training providers.
  • Source, attract, and place high-quality candidates in roles ranging from lecturers to support staff.
  • Stay up to date with sector trends, funding changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • 360 recruitment consultant role which is heavily focused on Business Development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Recruitment.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for education.
  • Knowledge of FE funding, safeguarding, and compliance is a plus.
