About the Role This is a varied and rewarding role for a confident HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, managing complex casework and influencing positive organisational change.
Working closely with the Head of People and school leaders, you will: Lead on disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence and restructuring casework.
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to leaders and managers.
Support and improve recruitment processes across our schools.
Lead the ongoing implementation and development of the My New Term recruitment platform.
Analyse workforce data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
Support organisational development, workforce planning and succession planning.
