Overview

Affinity Partnerships are searching for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher ready to make a profound impact on the lives of children with a diverse range of additional learning needs.

The students you will work with have a wide range of needs, including profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).

This opportunity is suitable for a primary and secondary trained teacher or an experienced teacher who is eager to teach in a specialist school.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver lessons for students with diverse additional learning needs, including PMLD, ASD, and SEMH.
  • Collaborate with support staff to guide daily routines within the classroom.
  • Develop creative and engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience or willingness to teach in a specialist school for learners with complex needs.
