Here at Affinity Partnerships, we are looking to recruit a passionate and supportive HLTA to join a friendly team at a primary school in Congresbury, to assist in creating an engaging learning environment for the pupils of this school. This role is 2 days a week, Thursdays & Fridays, ongoing from September.
Requirements:
- An enhanced DBS check
- Experience working with children in a classroom
- A patient, supportive and adaptable approach
- Flexible across years KS1 & KS2
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver activities
- Provide 1-1 support when required
- Assess and report pupils’ progress
- Liaise with parents and teachers
