Here at Affinity Partnerships, we are looking to recruit a passionate and supportive HLTA to join a friendly team at a school in Backwell. This will involve working alongside another HLTA to provide support and create an engaging learning environment for the pupils of this school.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification
- An enhanced DBS check
- Have experience working with children in a classroom
- A patient, supportive and adaptable approach
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver activities
- Provide 1‑1 support when required
- Assess and report pupils' progress
- Liaise with parents and teachers
