Affinity Partnerships are recruiting a Youth Mental Health Support Worker in West Drayton to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people at The Skills Hub, an SEN-focused setting.
You will work 1:1 or in small groups in classrooms, and also run activities outside the classroom, helping ensure the right support is in place for students.
