What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons that spark curiosity
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment
- Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and the SENCO to meet diverse learning needs
- Using assessment to inform teaching and celebrate pupil progress
- Contributing to wider school life, enrichment activities, and whole-school initiatives

- Passionate about primary education and committed to helping every child succeed
- Confident in behaviour management and skilled at building positive relationships
- Creative, reflective, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the classroom
- Resilient, organised, and adaptable to the needs of your pupils
- Experience supporting children with SEN is beneficial but not essential
- Suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs
