Affinity Partnerships, recruiting on behalf of Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust, seeks a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join The Pride Academy in West Drayton. This full-time role (36 hours per week, term time only) focuses on supporting students with SEN, SEMH, and related needs, helping them develop positive behaviours and engagement in learning.
You will provide mentoring, build trusted relationships, contribute to intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and external partners.
