A trustee is someone who is willing to provide their time on a voluntary basis to sit on the Trust Board. The Trust Board has responsibility for directing the Trust’s affairs and for ensuring the Trust remains solvent, well run and delivers its charitable outcomes. We are looking for people with HR, legal, or safeguarding experience to support us in promoting the Trust's purpose.

What is the commitment of being a trustee?
Trusteeship is a voluntary, unpaid role for people who have the energy and skills to make a real contribution to shaping the future of our schools. You do not need to have any specialist knowledge of education. Board meetings are typically held 5 times a year, with additional committee meetings and academy visits forming part of the annual calendar. This translates to a commitment of around 6 hours per term, minimum. Previous experience as a trustee isn't required as comprehensive induction and training will be provided.
