The Role:
- Responsible for the opening and locking of the buildings for community activities as directed.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Provide on-site security during lettings hours and supervise the buildings and grounds.
- Assist with the setting up and clearing away of equipment and furniture required for lettings use.
- Familiar with and adhere to the Health and Safety Policy.
- Ensure users comply with the Health and Safety Policy and Conditions of Hire.
- Adopt correct procedures in the event of an emergency.
The Candidate:
- Polite and friendly individual capable of being responsible for the security of the venue during lettings hours.
- Prior experience of being a key holder is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience of lone working is also desirable but not essential.
- Must demonstrate an excellent standard of customer service.
- Punctual and professional in manner and of smart appearance at all times.
