The Role:

  • Responsible for the opening and locking of the buildings for community activities as directed.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
  • Provide on-site security during lettings hours and supervise the buildings and grounds.
  • Assist with the setting up and clearing away of equipment and furniture required for lettings use.
  • Familiar with and adhere to the Health and Safety Policy.
  • Ensure users comply with the Health and Safety Policy and Conditions of Hire.
  • Adopt correct procedures in the event of an emergency.

The Candidate:

  • Polite and friendly individual capable of being responsible for the security of the venue during lettings hours.
  • Prior experience of being a key holder is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience of lone working is also desirable but not essential.
  • Must demonstrate an excellent standard of customer service.
  • Punctual and professional in manner and of smart appearance at all times.
