Affinity Labs builds, launches and scales software products with the world's leading content creators. We pair their audience and domain expertise with our product, engineering and AI-native workflow to launch apps people love, then grow them fast. We ship products faster and leaner than traditional teams, and every one goes to market with a creator audience of millions behind it. Great software plus built-in distribution is how we build category-defining consumer apps.
Work on products distributed to millions at launch through partnerships with some of the world's biggest creators, move at the pace of an early-stage AI startup, and compound your impact across multiple products rather than just one.
Role Description
You’ll own content and growth across a portfolio of consumer apps, working closely with the founders, creators and the wider team to turn a creator's audience into a product's users. This is an early-stage, hands-on role with real autonomy. One week you’re shaping the launch content for a new app with a household-name creator, the next you’re running paid experiments and tuning the organic channels on a live product that’s growing fast. You’ll move between products quickly, carrying what you learn with you, and you’ll always be testing: which ideas, formats and hooks actually convert an audience, and how to scale the ones that do.
Responsibilities
- Run a constant cycle of creative experiments with your creators, testing concepts, formats and hooks to uncover what genuinely moves an audience to download and subscribe.
- Own the organic social presence of our products and of Affinity Labs itself: planning, posting and growing the pages week to week.
- Diagnose the full conversion path, from the first three seconds of a video to the call to action to the App Store page, and fix what's leaking.
- Take your strongest creative into paid social, shaping ad creative and helping run the campaigns that extend a creator's reach.
- Support UGC campaigns end to end, from sourcing and briefing creators through to getting content live.
- Own the content and growth story for your products: track the metrics that matter, surface what's working, and let the numbers guide what you make next.
- Work side by side with world-class creator partners on content and launch.
Essential Requirements
- 3 to 6 years in social-first content and growth, ideally with consumer or app products, with work you can point to that moved a real number.
- Deep understanding of short-form video: what makes someone stop scrolling, what makes them act, and how that differs across platforms.
- A conversion mindset. You judge content by what it drives, not by vanity metrics, and you can explain why a piece did or didn’t work.
- A hands-on operator. You’re happy running the pages, briefing editors and shipping every week, not just writing strategy decks.
- You work through influence. You can earn the trust of creators and their teams and bring them with you.
- Startup mindset: high ownership, comfortable with pace and ambiguity, and hungry to grow fast in an early-stage environment.
Desired
- Hands-on experience running paid social (Meta, TikTok), with a feel for media buying and not just creative.
- Direct experience working with creators, influencers or talent in a content or marketing context.
- Experience with App Store conversion or mobile growth specifically.
- Comfort using AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Nano Banana or similar) to produce and iterate on content quickly.
- Familiarity with consumer analytics and monetisation stacks (PostHog, RevenueCat or similar).
Why this role is a career launchpad
- Build alongside the world's biggest creators. You’ll work directly with household-name partners on content going to audiences of millions, exposure that’s nearly impossible to find anywhere else.
- Own content and growth from day one. You step in as the person who defines how creator-led software gets sold, with genuine ownership over the work and the results.
- Ride a rocket. The roadmap is ambitious, the products are growing fast, and the bar is high.
- Grow like crazy. You’ll touch multiple products each year across launch and scale. The reps you’ll get in 12 months here would take years in a typical marketing role.
- Learn from builders, not bosses. Work shoulder to shoulder with founders who've scaled startups, closed multi-million-pound rounds and collaborated with over 1,000 creators.
