Join Affinity HomeCare, a specialist provider of personalised home care support to adults over 18 across Shrewsbury, Shropshire. We invite applicants with a caring attitude to support vulnerable adults in their own homes.

About the Role

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. As a care-at-home support worker you will provide support with:

  • Personal Care – assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Meal Preparation – prepare nutritious meals per dietary needs.
  • Medication Administration – ensure correct timing of prescribed medicines.
  • Housekeeping – light cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
  • Emotional Support & Companionship – engage in meaningful activities.
  • Transportation – assist with appointments, errands, and social activities.
  • Health Monitoring – report changes in health, behaviour, or needs.
  • Documentation – maintain accurate care records.
  • Advocacy – advocate for clients' rights and well-being.

About You

You need not have prior experience or qualifications; we are willing to train. We seek someone who can:
