Join Us as VP of Sales

We’re entering an exciting new chapter, expanding NucleusLinks and growing our global client base. We’re looking for a seasoned sales leader to scale our presence across the UK. As VP of Sales, you will be the driving force behind our regional expansion, using your senior industry network to deepen our footprint and establish NucleusLinks as the standard for major media houses and publishers in the UK affiliate space.

What You’ll Do

  • Expand UK Footprint: Drive the rapid expansion of our partner base within the UK and Ireland, moving from early wins to total market penetration.
  • Scale Revenue Streams: Take full responsibility for the regional P&L, identifying new avenues for growth and ensuring we hit ambitious ARR targets.
  • Deepen Industry Ties: Strengthen our existing relationships and open doors at the highest levels of the UK media landscape to secure long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: Represent NucleusLinks as a senior industry authority at major UK events and across the broader affiliate ecosystem.
  • Market-Led Innovation: Feed regional intelligence back to our global teams to ensure our tools evolve alongside the UK’s commerce-content and affiliate trends.
  • Optimize Sales Performance: Refine our local sales operations to ensure we are moving quickly, forecasting accurately, and closing effectively.

What You Bring

  • Deep Industry Tenure: 10+ years in affiliate/commerce marketing and publishing with a history of leading and scaling sales functions in the UK market.
  • An Elite Network: An established, active network of senior decision-makers at major UK publishers, particularly in the affiliate, coupon, or commerce-content space.
  • SaaS Sales Mastery: A track record of closing complex enterprise deals and consistently managing 7-figure annual quotas.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to articulate the business value of automation to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: A data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities and a relentless focus on expanding our regional market share.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally to our global hubs.
