Locations: Offerton (Stockport, SK1) x2 roles, Chipping (Preston, PR3) x3 roles

Pay: £15 per hour (Waking Nights)

Contract: Temp-to-Perm Available

Hours: 3 on / 3 off rolling pattern (10pm–10am)

Affinity Care Recruitment is supporting our client, a well-established provider of children's residential services, in recruiting five Waking Night Support Workers across multiple homes.

About the Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing, and stable environment for children and young people. You'll remain awake throughout the night to ensure the wellbeing, safety, and routine of those in your care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in children's residential homes
  • A full driving licence with access to your own car
  • The ability to work a fixed night shift pattern
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries

Please note: Applicants with only healthcare experience (adult or elderly care) cannot be considered for this sector.
