Are you an experienced Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step? This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high‑quality, child‑focused residential service at a time when the Directors are stepping back to focus on wider projects. You will have the autonomy to run the home and shape the service in your own vision, backed by a supportive leadership team.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the residential home to achieve and maintain Good/Outstanding Ofsted ratings
  • Overseeing safeguarding, compliance, and all regulatory expectations
  • Managing, developing and motivating a team of over nine staff
  • Creating and maintaining a therapeutic, child‑centred environment
  • Working closely with the Directors while taking operational ownership of the home

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

  • Recent experience (within the last 12 months) working in a children's residential care provider
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of Ofsted requirements and regulatory standards
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership
