New Home Launch Supportive, Child-Centred ProviderAffinity Care Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected childrens residential care provider to recruit a passionate and experienced Registered Manager for a new provider in Portsmouth .This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a service from the ground up, with full autonomy to shape the culture, team, and outcomes for young people backed by a provider committed to delivering outstanding care.Responsibilities Oversee the setup and registration of a new childrens home with OfstedLead and manage daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguardingRecruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and professional team cultureDevelop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child\’s needsMaintain effective communication with children, families, staff, and external agenciesMonitor staff performance and provide ongoing support and developmentManage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service deliveryExperience & Requirements Proven experience in a management role within a childrens residential settingStrong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding legislationExcellent leadership and communication skillsFull UK driving licence & access to vehicle
