This is a rare and exciting chance to become the Registered Manager for a brand-new supported living provider in North London. Launching small, with a clear and ambitious plan to expand across multiple properties, this role offers genuine autonomy, influence and career growth. You will be the operational lead during setup, support the full CQC registration process, and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-quality, future-focused service from day one.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Leading on CQC registration and ensuring compliance from the outset
  • Setting up all operational frameworks, processes and governance systems
  • Recruiting, developing and leading a high-performing support team
  • Embedding a culture of person-centred, safe and high-quality care
  • Driving occupancy, service quality and operational performance
  • Working closely with the founders to shape long-term growth and expansion
  • Acting as the responsible individual for safeguarding, quality and day-to-day leadership
Salary & Benefits Package:
  • Base Salary: £50,000 per annum, payable from service opening (or as agreed, subject to registration)
  • Annual Leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays, rising to 27 days after two years
  • Pension: Auto-enrolment with 3% employer contribution, review after year one
  • Health Cash Plan: Dental, optical, wellbeing and routine healthcare support
  • Travel: Mileage paid at 45p per mile (HMRC approved rate)
