This is a full-time, Sales, Business Development Executive role with remote working a possibility.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, booking meetings and promoting Affinity Associates’ services to small and medium-sized businesses & Fellow practices.
Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
The executive will maintain and grow existing client relationships, monitor market trends, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Regular reporting on sales performance, attending networking events, and representing the firm in a professional manner are key parts of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and converting a sales pipeline.
- 3+ years experience in similar roles
