Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Hours: Full time Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Ipswich / hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our growing Marketing team. You will work with the Marketing Manager, based in Ipswich, to deliver a wide range of marketing activity, with a focus on business development, marketing campaigns and brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and develop digital marketing and communications campaigns alongside supporting with events.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Managers to co-ordinate activity across the team to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Work closely with Group functions such as HR, Finance and Business Support teams across firm wide projects.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing on the continual evolvement of the firm's brand, including the roll out of a revised brand throughout the firm's marketing activity and client service delivery.

Person Specification:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong project management skills are essential for this role.
  • Positive team player with ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Proactive about own training and personal development.
  • A degree level or marketing related qualification is desirable.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in delivering marketing projects.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering projects to brief and on time.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • An understanding of digital marketing techniques including email campaigns, SEO and social media content.
  • Strong IT skills and experience in creation of documents in Microsoft software, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of systems such as WordPress, Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey and MailChimp would be advantageous.
