Implementation Consultant - Treasury Management Software. Remote/Europe. Our client is a leading provider of advanced Treasury Management Systems (TMS) that empower organizations to efficiently manage their financial assets, cash flows, and risk exposures. Our software solutions are trusted by global organizations across various industries, delivering robust functionality, flexibility, and scalability to meet the complex needs of today’s treasurers.
Position Overview
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Consultant to join the team. The Implementation Consultant will be critical in deploying the Software’s Treasury Management System (TMS) to their clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the TMS to meet their specific needs, and ensure a seamless implementation process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their treasury management needs and objectives, providing expert advice on how the TMS can best meet these requirements.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize the TMS according to the client's specific needs, including setting up modules for cash management, payments, risk management, accounting, and reporting.
- Payments Configuration: Implement and configure payment processing workflows within the TMS. Ensure compliance with international payment standards, including SWIFT messaging formats (MT and ISO 20022). Integrate the TMS with various payment gateways and banking systems to facilitate seamless payment processing.
- Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation process, including project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the system effectively. Provide ongoing support during and after implementation to resolve any issues.
- Data Migration: Assist clients with data migration activities, ensuring that historical data is accurately transferred into the new system.
- Testing: Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure that all functionalities, including payment processing, are working as expected and meet the client’s requirements.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, including user guides, configuration guides, and project plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services or support.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience implementing Treasury Management Systems or other financial software solutions. Experience in treasury, finance, or accounting is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and implementing TMS solutions. Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards, including MT and ISO 20022 formats. Familiarity with SQL, XML, and other data integration tools is beneficial.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple implementations simultaneously. Experience with project management software is an advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Client Focus: A customer-oriented mindset committed to client satisfaction and success.
