The Role
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Senior Business Analyst to drive product development for their TMS platform. You will shape both their new SaaS solution and ongoing Desktop enhancements, working across the full product lifecycle from client engagement through implementation and post-go-live optimisation.
What You'll Do
- Define requirements based on deep domain expertise and industry best practices
- Design enhancements across our comprehensive TMS platform and new SaaS build
- Collaborate directly with Product, Development and QA teams from specification through testing and deployment
- Mentor teams across Client Services, Development, and QA
- Identify and drive competitive advantage through innovation
Critical Domain Expertise Required
- Comprehensive Treasury Knowledge: Hands-on experience across all major instrument types (FX, Money Markets, Debt, Derivatives, Securities, Intercompany), including settlement cycles, confirmation processes, and valuation.
- Payments & Settlement: Proven expertise in settlement optimisation, cost/speed trade-offs, in-house banking structures, netting arrangements, and exception handling.
- Platform Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of TMS module interdependencies, deal workflows, status progressions, audit trails, and external system integrations.
- Testing & QA: Proven ability to define detailed test scripts, design comprehensive test scenarios, plan regression testing, and manage test data.
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years treasury systems experience (minimum 3 as Senior BA)
- Treasury background – experience working in treasury and with TMS platforms
- Technical agility – comfortable with Excel, SQL, testing environments, and hands-on problem-solving
- AI awareness – practical experience using AI tools for documentation, forecasting, anomaly detection, and reconciliation
- Right to work – Europe or UK

- Professional treasury qualification (ACT, CTP)
- SaaS migration experience
- SQL/database skills
- EMIR/MiFID II/Basel III understanding
- Regulatory reporting tools experience
