Grants Manager / Grant Writer (Web3/AI Incubation) — Remote
Affidex Lab is an incubation lab for core‑utility products in blockchain and AI. We build, launch, and scale production‑ready products like Credify Market — identity‑verified e‑commerce on Avalanche C‑Chain with USDT escrow and a VendorPass (SBT) for on‑chain vendor verification.
What you’ll do
- Build a pipeline of non‑dilutive opportunities: protocol/ecosystem grants (e.g., Avalanche), and innovation programs (Horizon Europe/EIC, Digital Europe, Innovate UK), plus relevant regional programs.
- Own submissions end‑to‑end: eligibility, narrative, budgets, compliance, submission, reviewer Q&A, and reporting setup.
- Immediate priority: lead a $100,000 Avalanche grant application for Credify Market.
- Create reusable grant assets (boilerplates, budgets, milestones, risk/compliance checklists, reporting templates) and maintain a deadline‑driven CRM.
Success metrics (30/60/90)
- 30d: pipeline live; 2–3 active submissions
- 60d: 4–6 submissions filed
- 90d: shortlists/wins; reporting templates implemented
Requirements
- 3+ years grant writing/management with documented wins; comfortable with web3/fintech/AI content
- Experience with one or more: protocol grants, Horizon Europe/EIC, Digital Europe, Innovate UK, EnterpriseSG/IMDA, Africa programs, or US SBIR/STTR
- Strong writing, compliance, and stakeholder coordination; references available
Compensation (success‑based)
