Affidea UK & Ireland is recruiting a Bookings Administrator for our Wimbledon clinic, joining the Patient Administration team. You will handle calls and emails, schedule appointments across outpatient, diagnostic, day-case and Express Care services, and ensure a smooth patient journey from enquiry to booking.
You will be the first point of contact for many patients, delivering a warm, efficient and professional experience as we open our new clinic and grow the bookings service from the ground up.
