We are working with a growing top 40 accountancy practice who provide expert solutions for businesses and individuals across England. They are known for having a friendly supportive culture, with plenty of opportunity for training and development.
They are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support the organisation’s growth as part of their team based in Winchester. As the new Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing a proactive, efficient and high-quality service.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities for content, campaigns, and new collaborations to attract business
- Manage the lead and quote process, including creating proposals and presentations
- Advise fee earners on lead generation, pipeline management, and best practices
- Build a network for referrals and collaboration opportunities
- Represent the firm at external meetings, networking events, and DFK marketing group
- Produce agendas and reports for business development meetings
- Curate and post social media updates
- Distribute client inquiries to appropriate Division leads and follow-up within 24 hours
- Conduct BD induction meetings for new starters as needed
Skills and experience required:
- CIM qualified (desirable)
- English and Maths GCSE level or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Working experience of pipeline management, business development, CRM databases and conducting market research
- Creative flair
- Self-motivated and able to manage own workload, prioritising multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- A full driving license is essential as travel to other offices will be required
To be successful as the new Senior Marketing Executive you must be an expert communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
