Crone Corkill are currently recruiting for a Niche Boutique Law firm specialising in Employment based in Reading. A nurturing support team, based in stunning offices in a prime location.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting solicitors with administrative requests and coordinating the rest of the support team to ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Producing adviser's certificates, finalising settlement agreements, printing/scanning litigation bundles, liaising with courts, tribunals, insurers, or the ACAS conciliatory service on their behalf, audio typing, booking meeting rooms, and monitoring solicitors' emails in their absence.
  • Setting up and maintenance of new client records and instructions.
  • Sending out terms of business.
  • Liaising with clients about administrative matters such as obtaining identification and verification of their address.
  • Fielding telephone calls, manning the Firm's online chat portal to obtain client details for solicitor call backs, meeting clients when they are visiting the office to attend meetings, hand in documents or sign paperwork.
  • Proofreading correspondence sent by the Firm's Solicitors.
  • Preparation and sending of invoices to clients or other relevant third-party debtors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • The Ideal Candidate will have gained a Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • A professional and client-focused demeanour.
