AFC Bournemouth Women are seeking a Women's Team Performance Coach to plan, deliver and monitor physical performance programmes across the First Team and Development Squad, aligning with the club's performance model and FA standards.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, design gym and pitch-based strength, power and conditioning plans, monitor load, support injury prevention and return-to-play, and contribute to player development and data reporting.
