AFC Bournemouth is seeking an Academy Head of Player Care to lead the Player Care department within the Academy Management Team. You will oversee the PGAAC audit process, drive KPI reporting, and shape a holistic welfare programme for players across age groups, with a focus on the U15-Dev squad.
Reporting to the Head of Academy, you will collaborate with coaching, medical, psychology, safeguarding and operations to ensure welfare is at the heart of every decision.
