You will build strong relationships with U9–U14 players, support their personal development, and collaborate with Coaching, Medical, Psychology and Education staff to deliver a holistic player care programme.
The role requires safeguarding commitment, workshops delivery, and active involvement in safeguarding and welfare record-keeping as part of the academy team.
