To be responsible for meeting all Academy kit requirements, including washing, packing and preparing training and match kit, as well as any additional equipment requirements that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and prepare training kit on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with the First Team Kit Manager and Academy Operations regarding weekly kit and equipment requirements, including kit printing.
  • Prepare and pack all age group schoolboy match kit requirements and liaise with Academy Operations to establish playing colours for each game.
  • Collect all kit from the home playing venue after a matchday and ensure match kit is promptly cleaned and packed away safely and securely.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Academy match kit logs and report discrepancies to Academy Operations.
  • Move all match kits to the desired location/venue in preparation for games at the weekend.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • No academic qualifications required but the individual must be flexible, punctual and can follow simple instructions and procedures.
  • Individual must have excellent organisational/communication skills and be committed and motivated.
