Role Description
This is a volunteer hybrid role for a 1st Team Manager, partly based in Wolverhampton with flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include leading and managing the 1st Team's overall performance and development. The Manager will organize and conduct training sessions, implement effective game strategies, select squads, and oversee team activities during matches. The role involves motivating and developing players, fostering teamwork, and maintaining alignment with the club's values. In addition, the Manager will collaborate with club leadership and other staff to support the long-term goals of AFC Wolves.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
