AFC Wimbledon Foundation is seeking an Employment Coach to recruit, mentor and support 16-24 year olds on the EFL in the Community Training Ground programme. You will drive education, training and employment progression and lead on the King's Trust Achieve programme while developing AFC Wimbledon Foundation's Youth Hub.
You will build trusted relationships, plan employability sessions, coordinate with schools and employers, and monitor progress with accurate records and reporting.
