AFC Greenwich Borough are seeking highly talented and passionate coaches to join our boys & girls youth academy setup, working with players across age groups from U12 to U16. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in youth development and a commitment to excellence both on and off the pitch. This is an exciting opportunity for coaches who are enthusiastic about player development and have a strong understanding of the South London football landscape, including youth player recruitment and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS certificate (Disclosure and Barring Service)
  • FA First Aid qualification
  • FA Safeguarding Children certification
  • Minimum FA Level 2 in Coaching Football
  • Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

  • UEFA C / UEFA B in Coaching Football
  • 3+ years coaching experience (ideally across multiple youth age brackets)
  • Previous experience working within a youth academy environment
  • Proven track record in talent identification and recruitment in the South London region
