Reporting directly to the Chairman, this role will be responsible for enshrining the DNA of the club. You will be a forward-thinking individual with exceptional analytical skills combined with a keen eye for detail. You will be required to write and implement a long-term strategy that maps out the club's plans to attract, develop, and nurture the very best talent available.

With an excellent Academy already in place and first-class facilities worthy of a Championship Club, the foundations are already in place to ensure success and mitigate failure. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of success, albeit in another related sport or industry, and be responsible for leading and motivating a small but highly focused team.
