Join AFC Fylde as our Fan Engagement Officer, where you’ll be at the heart of our mission to grow and energise our fan base. You’ll lead innovative engagement initiatives, oversee matchday ticketing operations, and drive retail performance both in-store and online. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences and building lasting relationships with supporters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the full matchday ticketing operation and manage a team of matchday staff.
- Train and develop staff to deliver best-in-class service.
- Drive retail revenue across all Mill Farm locations.
- Oversee programme and raffle ticket sales.
- Reconcile matchday business and ensure timely reporting.
- Organise hospitality communications and logistics.
- Act as the main contact for escalated fan queries or issues.
Fan Engagement & Retail
- Design and implement fan engagement initiatives, including the Coasters Club.
- Collaborate with the Supporters Club to develop joint projects.
- Manage the AFC Fylde membership scheme and ensure timely delivery of member packs.
- Run both online and physical club stores, ensuring efficient order fulfilment.
- Develop merchandise strategy to improve margins and profitability.
- Support the COO in kit design and delivery planning.
Ticketing & Planning
- Lead ticketing initiatives including season ticket planning and execution.
- Ensure smooth delivery of all ticketing and hospitality packages.
