About the Role:
Kickstart your IT career with us! As a Junior IT Coordinator, you'll support our IT department and third party service providers ensuring smooth operations and gaining valuable experience. This role reports to Wayne Boyce, Group ICT Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing local and remote IT support in conjunction with our 3rd party service providers for ICT related issues.
- Assisting with the general administration of AFC's computer network.
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of software and hardware on new and existing computers.
- ICT project management support for ICT lead.
- Administration of Data integrity within all relevant systems.
- Assist with generating reports from our ERP system.
Personal Attributes
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows and Office.
- Good understanding of Network Infrastructures.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and SQL Server advantageous.
- A strong team player but capable of working independently.
- Excellent troubleshooting / analytical skills.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and committed to IT with a passion for new technology.
- Able to prioritise with strong time management skills.
