AFC Bournemouth has an exciting opportunity to join our matchday operations and are looking for enthusiastic candidates to be an integral part of AFC Bournemouth’s matchdays, helping to keep all supporters enjoying the excitement of competing in the English Premier League (EPL).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide help, guidance, and answers to supporter enquiries in the build up to kick off and post-match.
- Act as point of reference and assist where necessary for enquiries or issues around turnstiles, queues, and ticketing, acting as escort to supporters if needed; reporting any issues to Control Room via Supporter Services Supervisor.
- Help with wayfinding
- Assist in queue management and management of corner gates
- Adhere to the club’s safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to our safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.
- Adhere to the club’s health and safety policy and procedures.
- Actively promote the club’s equality policies and practices to ensure a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.
