The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 £ per hour.

We are recruiting staff to serve food, confectionery, hot/cold drinks, etc. The shifts are approx. 4 - 6 hours on home match days only (usually Saturday ko. 3.00pm.). Staff will be expected to work at a fast pace as we only have a small time frame to serve the supporters. The stadium is very busy on a match day but there is a good atmosphere within the team and you get to know the supporters. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training is given onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Duties include using tills, recording information, replenishing stock, ensuring your work area is clean and tidy.
  • You will also be expected to handle food which can include an element of cooking.
  • You will be expected to work as part of a team as there are 22 concourse bars and kiosks around the stadium.
  • Customer care is very important to us, so you will be expected to be polite and helpful to all individual customers.
  • As a casual worker, you must adhere to the club’s safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to our safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.
  • Obligation to adhere to the club’s health and safety policy and procedures.
  • Actively promote the club’s equality policies and practices to ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.
