Description We are recruiting staff to serve food, confectionery, hot / cold drinks, etc. The shifts are approx. 4 – 6 hours on match days only (usually Saturday at 3:00 pm). Staff will be expected to work at a fast pace as we only have a small time frame to serve the supporters. The stadium is very busy on a match day but there is a good atmosphere within the team and you get to know the supporters. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training is given onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Duties include using tills, recording information, replenishing stock, ensuring your work area is clean and tidy.
- You will also be expected to handle food, this can include an element of cooking.
- You will be expected to work as part of a team as there are 22 concourse bars and kiosks around the stadium.
- Customer care is very important to us, so you will be expected to be polite and helpful to all individual customers.
- As a casual worker you must adhere to the club’s safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to our safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.
- Obligation to adhere to the club’s health and safety policy and procedures.
- Actively promote the club’s equality policies and practices to ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality setting is a bonus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Adherence to safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies.
