- Matchday Restaurant Supervisors (previous experience in a similar role essential)
- Matchday Bar Supervisors (previous experience in a similar role essential)
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and self‑motivated individuals with a hard‑working positive approach, a polite manner and excellent attention to detail to work on matchdays and optional non‑matchday midweek shifts.
Previous experience within a quality, fast‑paced catering environment is preferable as staff members are required to display initiative and calmness under pressure.
A strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude are also prerequisites.
As a guide, weekend matchday shifts will be 10am through to 8pm and midweek matchday shifts will be 4pm to midnight.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving guests Food and Beverage requirements in our Hospitality suites.
- Processing transaction using Epos till systems.
- Recording and monitoring temperature controls in correct manner.
- Replenish and re stock bars where required.
- Keep bar areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Always deliver high standard of customer service with the aim to exceed customer expectations.
- As a casual worker you must adhere to the club’s safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to our safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.
- Obligation to adhere to the club’s health and safety policy and procedures.
- Actively promote the club’s equality policies and practices to ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.
- Responsibility to comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment but not essential as full training will be given.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A good understanding of customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be self‑motivated with a proven track record of working well within a team environment.
- An understanding of basic food hygiene and health and safety practices.
