We are a recruitment agency talentC, from the Genesis ecosystem. For over 11 years, our team has been helping scale leading businesses in Ukraine and worldwide by finding and hiring specialists from Trainees to C-level positions.
About the partner: Methodology and Maison Methodologie have redefined the intersection of luxury and results-driven wellness. Our brands serve ambitious, high-achieving women who come not just for gourmet, beautifully crafted meals, but for programs that deliver real, lasting transformation. While our aesthetic and experience are rooted in luxury, our reputation is built on tangible results—better health, sustainable weight management, and disciplined, inspired living.
The Role: Until now, our CEO has built Methodology and Maison Methodologie on the belief that real well-being is where luxury and results meet. Though our brands exude high-end, sensory appeal, our clients are drawn to us for the measurable, lasting transformation they see from our science-driven programs. The next chapter requires a marketing leader who understands both sides—creating desire through storytelling and brand experience, but grounding every campaign in the tangible performance outcomes our clients expect.
As Head of Marketing & Creative, you will be entrusted with evolving two disruptive brands and architecting strategies that drive results: from accelerating US subscription growth to launching exclusive drops that inspire—and deliver—client success stories. You will lead all aspects of marketing, performance, and creative direction, uniting a talented, global team under a common vision. Your role is hands-on and high-impact: implement systems, build community, and craft every touchpoint to prove that luxury and performance, together, unlock remarkable loyalty and growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Strategy & Brand Building: Design and execute a holistic, data-informed marketing roadmap to drive US subscription and D2C expansion, with an emphasis on California's luxury consumer. Architect and launch exclusive menu drops campaigns, new products, and future verticals that blend inspiration and impact. Deeply understand our various audience personas, shaping content and campaigns that motivate action and transformation.
- Social Media Growth & Community: Lead organic content and growth across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Build content that forges deep emotional connection and brand loyalty. Nurture a community that feels personal, elevated, and like something to be part of.
- Team Leadership & Systems: Lead a globally distributed marketing team and partner agencies with vision and discipline. Build repeatable systems that ensure every piece of content meets performance and aesthetic standards. Establish weekly sprints, testing calendars, and creative review cycles. Provide clear creative briefs and high-touch feedback to raise the quality of output over time.
- Creative Direction: Guide creative production across content, campaigns, and web — including photo/video shoots in London, Los Angeles, and remotely. Maintain a high standard of visual branding that drives performance, not just aesthetics. Continuously test and refine creative to improve conversion rates and brand affinity. Be able to suggest creating specific products to increase LTV.
- Performance Marketing & Optimization: Oversee paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google and improve efficiency. Own and optimize the full marketing funnel: ad performance, site conversion, email/SMS, and LTV. Build data pipelines and dashboards to drive smarter creative and budget decisions. Unlock other marketing channels with quick payback rates.
- Copywriting & AI Integration: Write or edit high-impact copy across ads, emails, site, and product launches. Use advanced AI tools for creative ideation, image/video creation, and workflow automation. Scale content production without sacrificing elegance or nuance.
What Sets You Apart: You’ve led marketing and social growth for at least 3 premium or luxury brands, ideally in wellness, food, beauty, or fashion. You’re a strategic operator who thrives in execution—you catch small details and push the big picture forward. You have a refined eye for luxury aesthetics and understand how to turn content into both community and conversion. You’ve led global, remote teams and worked cross-functionally with creatives and performance marketers. You understand how to build emotional brand loyalty, not just traffic. You’re AI-native and systems-minded, with a bias for action and iteration. You’re available for flexible hours across California, the Philippines, London, Paris, and Barcelona. You’re passionate about luxury, wellness, nutrition, fine dining, or beauty—and would thrive building a brand in this space.
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:
- Operate with urgency, clarity, and high aesthetic standards.
- Know how to take a founder's vision and build systems that scale.
- Are not just “busy,” but are effective – driving actual revenue, margin, and brand equity.
- Balance obsession with detail and conversion, while holding space for beauty and emotion.
- Have an emotional understanding of the women we serve — and why our brand matters to them.
- Have high calendar discipline and can navigate between strategic planning and ground-level execution.
- Value clarity, hospitality, and first-principles thinking in everything you do.
Ready to Lead? We’re not looking for someone to “run marketing.” We’re looking for someone to own it. Build it. Scale it. Apply now and show us what you’d do with the keys.
